Responsibilities:

  • Working in lockstep with our Professional Services team (and many, many others), you’ll own, manage and complete all aspects of the implementation of payments products for clients.
  • You’ll develop a deep understanding of our customers across several verticals, sizes, ERPs, etc.; understand their business and their needs, and help them optimize their payments process, be at the forefront of their launch and drive adoption post-launch
  • You’ll lead and facilitate discussions with their business and technical leadership teams, including C-suite (CFO, CTO) and related team members, getting a handle of their short and long term needs and matching that through the implementation
  • To do that, you’ll develop and leverage your deep expertise in our products and services, specifically payments, and complete all product configuration activity needed for a successful launch. So you’ll be technically fluent enough to integrate payments with their systems (some are straightforward but it can get complex).
  • You’ll interface with customers and deliver user payments training, whether that’s over the phone or over video, to ensure an effective market roll out.
  • You’ll help to validate our best practices as you’re embedded in these launches, and helping to establish others. So knowledge sharing across your team and creating a deep feedback loop to help us refine and improve launches (and help us innovate)
  • And you’ll work cross functionally to lay the groundwork for success and handoff to other parts of our customer teams once set up.
