Job Description
Our Customer team is growing! We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Implementation manager to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring the successful deployment and delight of our products and services to our enterprise customers. You will lead complex implementation projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and serve as the primary point of contact for our clients during the implementation phase. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, HR domain expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Exceptional Customer Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, becoming their trusted advisor, establishing strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Master Reejig Products: Become a deep subject matter expert of Reejig product offerings and stay updated with weekly releases.
  • Lead Implementation Projects: Manage end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery. This includes onboarding, recurrent training, answering technical and content-based questions, and ensuring a smooth transition to our customer success directors.
  • Consult: Consult with customers to understand their current workforce challenges and lead workshops to guide them towards optimal state designs that align with business outcomes.
  • Manage Project Delivery: Manage the overall project delivery life cycle using our structured methodology, ensuring project timelines, milestones, and budgets on track while keeping stakeholders informed.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to provide best-in-class customer experiences for new and existing customers.
  • Improve Processes: Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and methodologies, implementing best practices, and contributing to the development and maintenance of implementation frameworks and tools.
  • Support Sales Efforts: Work with sales teams to present our services to prospective customers, generating project statements of work that reflect the service scope aligned to Reejig’s product solutions.
