As a Implementation Program Manager, you will operate at the intersection of Strategy, Operations and Project Management as we roll our Direct Supply Chain strategy out to each of our 11 Divisions. This role will be a part of redefining how things are done in our organization and industry. Oversight for the development of an integrated communications plan that promotes clarity, engagement, and transparency related to our Supply Chain initiatives and gets the right information at the right time to our Division partners who need it the most. Promote and manage stakeholder engagement, and help connect the dots between and across departments and divisions using your favorite tools (i.e. best practices, formal approaches, data, storytelling, relationship building, etc.) to ensure successful delivery of project tasks. Track project deadlines and tasks against available resources and dependencies to ensure alignment, calibrate expectations, and meet deliverables. Review, monitor, and drive key performance indicators and metrics; including savings targets and satisfaction levels, risks, opportunities, and pilot adoption.
Requirements for this position include a bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering or Operations, master’s optional. Internal and/or external consulting experience is strongly preferred. Three plus years of related field in project/program management, coordination and/or administrative functions.
