What you’ll do: Responsibilities

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Marketing, Project Management or equivalent work experience.
  • PMP/CPA/PCP Designation an asset.
  • Bilingual is an asset

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for overseeing and coordinating an intact implementation team with the objective to successfully upgrade clients from Paytech legacy products to WFN.
  • Work closely internal and external stakeholders create best solutions client and associate experience.
  • Creation of project plan milestones in LaunchPad with the goal of average Weeks to Start (WTS) of 10-12 weeks for existing modules and net new modules.
  • Escalation to Manager of Record for project delays, client escalations, lapsed deliverables, missed milestones.
  • Respond to client enquires and able to provide clients with a comprehensive view of the WFN solution, explaining the key benefits and setting the appropriate expectation relative to the upgrade efforts and timelines.
  • Act as the main point of contact for client intact teams and communicate required change management impacts when upgrading to WFN.
  • Ability to escalate technical issues that impact workflows and work collaboratively to find solutions in a timely manner.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure training and change management is on track to meet the live date.
  • Ability to incorporate updates for WFN product releases and process updates and apply to upgrade projects.
  • Focus on continuous improvement and identify and solve process gaps that impact the upgrade client experience.
