Our leadership position extends even further to our new SaaS Learning Platform myACI that goes beyond audit, cyber and IT training to provide organizational and individual knowledge assessment, analytics and training delivery with integrated AI to understand capabilities and skill gaps for organizations.
The Implementation Specialist is responsible for managing the implementation of the MyACI Learn platform for all students and oversees administrative and end-user training of the platform for all clients of ACI Learning. This role ensures the new tenants platforms are customized per the contract agreement and training is delivered to our clients.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Tailor design considerations and platform configurations based on the specific needs of each client, including user setup, AI chat activation, credential design, interface modifications, and learning pathway adjustments.
  • Manage implementation of new clients into the MyACI Learn platform including, but not limited to, platform and user creation and upload, AI chat activation, custom credential design, platform interface design modification, and learning pathway customization.
  • Oversee the end-to-end implementation process for new clients on the MyACI platform, ensuring successful platform and user setup, and customization of features and pathways.
  • In partnership with Marketing and RevOps, this position will be involved in the design, development, and continuous improvement of various onboarding resources for clients.
  • Provide comprehensive training for both administrators and end-users of the MyACI Learn platform to ensure effective utilization and understanding of platform features.
  • Work closely with Account Managers to align implementation processes with client requirements and ensure that all client needs are met.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve reported issues.
  • Provide Tier 2 technical support for the MyACI platform, addressing complex issues and ensuring client satisfaction.
