Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE:

We are looking for an energetic employee to join our growing team. This person will possess a helpful nature and teach and coach many different types of people on how to use the company’s technology and software. The ideal candidate will also assist our precast division with drafting Verti-block wall estimates and layouts.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Assess the organization’s needs and requirements to ensure the successful implementation of products and services
  • Lead the planning, execution, and follow-up of implementation projects
  • Customize and configure systems or services to align with business goals
  • Provide training and support to employees to facilitate effective use of new systems and services
  • Collaborate with sales, support, accounting, and technical teams to coordinate implementation activities
  • Monitor and troubleshoot any issues that arise during implementation processes
  • Document processes and create training materials to support the implementation and future training
  • Conduct post-implementation evaluations to monitor progress and identify areas of improvement
  • Maintain clear and effective verbal and written communication with crew members
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations during setup and integration
  • Stay updated with product developments and updates and security protocol
  • Act as a liaison between crew members and the company to address feedback and foster continuous improvement
  • Assist our precast division and draft Verti-Block wall estimates and layouts using Verti-block software.
  • Work with the corporate trainer to coordinate any additional training, refreshers, and/or one-on-one training
