mdf commerce Inc . is an international team of approximately 650 experts who develop a broad set of SaaS solutions to optimize and accelerate commercial interactions of its B2B and B2G customers.
Working in the eprocurement sector, we are currently looking for a Implementation Specialist to join our team at EcoInteractive .
Responsibilities:
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES LOOK LIKE?
In this role, you will be led to:
- Lead customer-facing calls and follow-up on post-call items such as developing product specs, product mock-ups, and training materials.
- Coordinate and successfully deliver the various EDI implementations assigned, as required by new and existing clients (standardize and transform client data into templated format).
- Set simple to complex configurations during implementation and have a strong understanding of configurable options.
- Act as a domain expert—from workflow and feature functionalities to main customer use cases.
- Manage the relationship and communications with clients to manage expectations and keep them informed of next steps.
- Plan/coordinate and proactively follow up on tasks done in collaboration with internal teams (mapping, support, development, project coordination, etc.).
- Participate in process improvement projects to improve efficiency.
- Provide necessary information to senior management, perform weekly dashboard updates and report issues and problems.
- Document tracking/status of requests in identified tools.
- Can be asked to help in preparing estimates according to client requirements, advise clients, perform EDI analysis and ensure compliance of transactions to be tested according to EDI guides in collaboration with sales teams.
- May be required to perform other related tasks.
WHAT ELEMENTS OF YOUR PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND WILL BE NECESSARY AND USEFUL IN THIS ROLE?

- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or equivalent.
- Minimum of five (2) years in EDI implementation.
- Good knowledge of MS Office suite and G-Suite Docs.
- Experienced level with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) tools.
- Knowledge of data cleaning and standardization.
- Experienced level with Excel/Power Query.
- Knowledge of Trifacta is an asset.
