This individual trains, implements, and supports our customers on QMS software products both on-site and virtually. Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Computer Science or related on-the-job experience
  • Demonstrated experience providing effective, engaging training
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • MS Office proficiency, especially Word & Excel
  • Very good understanding of Microsoft Windows and various web browsers (Chrome/Edge/IE/Safari/Firefox)
  • Good understanding of database driven and web-based applications
  • Effective time management skills
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Problem solver with ability to create “outside the box” solutions
  • Travel as needed (company-paid

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot, investigate, document, and answer customers’ Tier 1 support requests
  • Communicate with staff and customers regarding software issues
  • Identify customers’ processes and requirements in order to provide advice during implementation
  • Train customers on product and guide them on implementation/start-up tasks
  • Onboard new customers onto our software platform
  • Import customer data
  • Install and configure solutions for on-premises customers
  • Track and manage customers’ implementation and training status
  • Help create and maintain documentation including reference tools, customer guides, and implementation/start-up curriculum
  • Assist with creating and delivering training webinars
  • Other duties as assigned
