This individual trains, implements, and supports our customers on QMS software products both on-site and virtually. Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Computer Science or related on-the-job experience
- Demonstrated experience providing effective, engaging training
- Clear verbal and written communication skills.
- MS Office proficiency, especially Word & Excel
- Very good understanding of Microsoft Windows and various web browsers (Chrome/Edge/IE/Safari/Firefox)
- Good understanding of database driven and web-based applications
- Effective time management skills
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly
- Problem solver with ability to create “outside the box” solutions
- Travel as needed (company-paid
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot, investigate, document, and answer customers’ Tier 1 support requests
- Communicate with staff and customers regarding software issues
- Identify customers’ processes and requirements in order to provide advice during implementation
- Train customers on product and guide them on implementation/start-up tasks
- Onboard new customers onto our software platform
- Import customer data
- Install and configure solutions for on-premises customers
- Track and manage customers’ implementation and training status
- Help create and maintain documentation including reference tools, customer guides, and implementation/start-up curriculum
- Assist with creating and delivering training webinars
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
