ABOUT THE ROLE

The Implementation Specialist ensures a smooth onboarding experience for our customers by providing project management, coordination and training.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Skilled at analyzing business processes and guiding customer to ensure a smooth transition to ClearDent’s
• Perform on-site training, remote training, and consultative services
• Create educational materials and conduct webinars
• Build lasting relationships with our customers to ensure success
• Maintain accurate histories of customer contacts and training records in our CRM system
• Work with product management to improve software applications and servicesOther duties as assigned
