Responsibilities:

  • Import/ export documentation review, entry filing for Customs release, and coordination with logistics operation to ensure timely delivery
  • Maintain permissions, licences, permits and related tasks for import and export activities
  • Monitor Customs compliance & import/ export activities within the Swedish scope
  • Maintain SAP import commercial invoice data and track changes related to Customs declarations or new statistical HTS numbers
  • Serve as focal point for resolving custom issues, export/import clearance issues and back up other regions as needed
  • Manage and track temporary imports for accurate Customs declarations
  • Coordinate Import declarations and Customs invoice approvals with Customs Broker
  • Coordinate special duty abatement programs such as Inward Processing and/or Bonded Warehouse transactions
