Responsibilities:
- Import/ export documentation review, entry filing for Customs release, and coordination with logistics operation to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain permissions, licences, permits and related tasks for import and export activities
- Monitor Customs compliance & import/ export activities within the Swedish scope
- Maintain SAP import commercial invoice data and track changes related to Customs declarations or new statistical HTS numbers
- Serve as focal point for resolving custom issues, export/import clearance issues and back up other regions as needed
- Manage and track temporary imports for accurate Customs declarations
- Coordinate Import declarations and Customs invoice approvals with Customs Broker
- Coordinate special duty abatement programs such as Inward Processing and/or Bonded Warehouse transactions
