Description:
Job Summary
To ensure timely clearance and arranging delivery of goods as per IFFCO Group BU requirements through coordination with various Freight service providers and Government bodies.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for timely clearance and arranging delivery as per IFFCO Biz units requirement
- Job File creation (manual, hard copy file)
- Applying for Duty Exemption.
- Applying FIRS, CPSS, FITR & DGR with Dubai Municipality.
- Arranging Delivery Order Collection
- Applying E Mirsal 2 import bill with Dubai Custom.
- Coordination with Sharjah custom for Sharjah clearance.
- Coordination with service provider for Dubai clearance (Urgent shipments).
- Coordination with Municipal authorities in Sharjah and Dubai.
- Coordination with IFFCO Land Transport Department for container placement.
- Arranging DP World payment for Import clearance.
- Maintaining CDR/SG accounts for Dubai Customs.
- Maintaining Custom & Municipality deposit refund track file.
- OTM Booking event update and Account Payable (AP) invoice creation.
- Coordination with outdoor operation staff for import clearance
- Sending monthly BU wise report
KPIs
- Document clearance as per agreed SLA
- On time applying of clearance application for approvals with all Government bodies
- On time delivery of cleared cargo
- On time event update and AP invoice creation in OTM
Work experience requirement
Graduate with 2-3 years of experience in Shipping/Logistics
Qualification
2-3 years of experience in Shipping/Logistics and cargo clearance
