Why this role is important to us
The team you will be joining is a newly established department Investment Manager Services (IMS) in Gdansk, Poland we are looking for a Senior Claims Specialist, who will be supporting us in investigation and resolution of the incoming claims. Within this role we closely cooperate with various departments to establish the final responsibility and compensation amount

What you will be responsible for

  • Initiation, analysis and resolution of claims
  • Maintaining claims tracking application with research results, communication notes and supporting documentation
  • Work with internal and external parties to establish claim resolution
  • Negotiate resolution of outstanding claims
  • Build and maintain effective relationships with custodians, brokers, and IMS operations teams
  • Effective escalation to management when needed
  • Supervising and reviewing status reports for senior management
  • Verifying records prepared by Associate 1 with regards to quality and required details
