POSITION:

We are seeking an experienced MEAL Manager to lead the monitoring, evaluation, accountability and learning of the Independent Modern Slavery Advocacy® (IMSA®) model development, a collaborative project led by Hope for Justice, The Snowdrop Project, British Red Cross, St Mary’s University and SOHTIS. You will work within the IMSA Model Hub, within Hope for Justice, working with the IMSA Model Hub Manager and IMSA Model Development Manager, to establish and execute appropriate MEAL processes, to underpin this ambitious pilot. The ideal candidate for this position, will bring previous experience of building and delivering MEAL processes and systems, be excited to work on this innovative project, contribute to bringing about systemic change in the UK’s response to survivors of Modern Slavery. You will have keen attention to detail, be able to craft a vision for rigorous MEAL systems and proven experience and expertise in MEAL related technologies, such as Power Bi; Excel; Tableau; Case Management systems and MEAL plans, logic models or MEAL DPro.

REQUIREMENTS:

  1. Implement the MEAL processes and systems, supporting adaptive management thereof. Manage and implement MEAL strategy, system development and related activities to track progress against goals and objectives of the IMSA Model Stage Two development – the pilot.
    Support UK Programmes to utilise case management and MEAL systems data for reporting.
    Keep accurate and confidential records of all MEAL data and activities.
    Responsibility to ensure data management is GDPR compliant and in line with data security and privacy policies.
    Work with UK Programmes teams to maintain and mitigate risks as detailed within the IMSA Model work plan.
    Accountable to the IMSA Model Project Board and subject to offering MEAL expertise and recommendations.

ROLE DETAILS

Job type: Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
Salary: Up to £43,000 based on experience
