ABOUT THE JOB

We are looking for an In-Clinic Coach to join our L’Oreal Dermatological Beauty Division in NSW, coaching & supporting local Doctors, Dermatologists, and Plastic Surgeons in delivering exceptional patient and client results through integrated skincare for SkinCeuticals! This role has a broad territory across Sydney, including the CBD, Eastern & Western suburbs, Wollongong, Southern Highlands and ACT.

  • Develop and maximise your territory through building strong business partnerships and education on the retail and professional range
  • Achieve sales targets and KPI’s aligned with the strategic goals of the business through education and in person coaching sessions with clinics in your region
  • Work closely with a Business Development Manager to collaborative manage, support, and educate all clinics in your shared region
  • Support the Business Development Manager in onboarding new clinics
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
