Description:

This role is responsible for the creation of In Force training modules for Distribution Life & Health channels: Bancassurance, Agency, and Alternative Channel. The role focuses on developing high-quality learning content for distributors and sales leaders specifically on managing existing customers. This includes Customer Servicing based on customer journey, Aftersales, Persistency, and Upsell/Cross Sell. The role will require direct collaboration with Portfolio Management team, Distribution Channel PICs, and internally within AXA University (formerly Distribution Learning and Devt).
Key Accountability involves strong collaboration with stakeholders and support teams for the:
1. Development of learning content based on stakeholder’s needs
2. Facilitation of training sessions for AXA U trainers for training delivery
3. Creation of training plans
4. Collaboration internally within AXA U for reports monitoring of learning sessions and creation of LMS versions
5. Creation of post training recommendations based on reports
Your Profile

Qualifications:

  • University graduate, preferably in Business, Communication, Marketing related disciplines.
  • Learning Content Development background is an advantage

Experience:

  • Dealing with sales channels for alignment on training needs
