Our client, a prominent company in the fintech and payments industry, is seeking an experienced Attorney to join their dynamic team.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Attorney will handle a wide array of legal matters including financial regulation, payment services, contract negotiations, providing strategic legal advice and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:

J.D. degree from an accredited law school Current license to practice law Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a law firm or corporate legal department, with a focus on fintech and payments, and experience working with third-party developers and ISOs Exceptional communication and negotiation skills Sound judgment and decision-making abilities Full understanding of business sensitivities and confidentiality Familiarity with Microsoft Office and legal research software
