YOUR SKILLS PROFILE

• 2-4 Years PAE in commercial and/or property law;
• Experienced in managing commercial transactional matters;
• Strong commercial acumen with a practical and pragmatic approach;
• A demonstrated ability to draft clear, concise, correct, and commercial advice;
• Self-starter who is enthusiastic and a resourceful team player;
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills; and
• In-house legal experience will be well-regarded but not essential.

Reporting to the General Counsel, you will work within a tight-knit team and assist in supporting the business on a range of commercial transactions. Your work mix will be varied and may include providing general commercial advise as well as buying, selling, and leasing of property assets; contract reviews, drafting, and negotiations.
