We are looking for a talented In-House Lawyer to join our Legal Team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will provide legal support across various business functions, ensuring compliance and mitigating legal risks. If you are a proactive professional with strong problem-solving skills, we would love to hear from you!

• Support the Legal Team in executing the legal strategy on a daily basis.
• Provide ongoing legal support for the company, with a focus on GDPR, e-commerce law, contract law, and corporate law.
• Draft contracts, regulations, policies, and other legal documents in both Polish and English.
• Handling corporate governance for the Company’s bodies (Supervisory Board and Management Board), including preparation and review of corporate documentation
• Offer legal advice on various topics as requested by your supervisor/manager.
• Contribute to the development of the company’s projects and services by consulting cross-company teams on legal matters.
• Manage the legal document workflow, ensuring that all documents are signed, registered, and archived appropriately.
• Monitor legislative changes that may affect our business.
• Take ownership of tasks and projects, proactively seeking legal solutions.
