BIS Safety Software is looking for an in-person leadership trainer who is passionate about developing management and leadership skills. Responsibilities:

ABOUT THIS ROLE

In this position, you will work closely with our team to develop material on coaching, mentoring, management principles, leadership philosophy and much more. You will be able to keep a copy of these materials to use as you see fit even after you leave the company. This gives you the opportunity to invest in your future as you work. Plus, you get the opportunity to practice delivery of the material with a great team and update the material to make it exceptional.
This in an in-person role based out of our Sherwood Park, Alberta office, with the flexibility to accommodate your own coaching schedule as needed.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU’LL BE EXPECTED TO:

  • Develop Training Materials: Create comprehensive training resources, including PowerPoints, instructor manuals, and student workbooks.
  • Deliver In-Person Training: Conduct sessions for team leads, managers, and leaders, tailoring coaching to individual needs.
  • Facilitate Strategy Sessions: Lead strategy sessions for the leadership team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Design Effective Training Plans: Map out workforce training plans with all team leads, such as software development strategies, over-and-above customer service training, and accounting courses that will be developed by the team leads or team members and delivered by them, but scheduled and managed under this role.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with People & Culture and department heads to integrate training across the organization.
  • Create E-Learning Content: Develop online leadership development resources for remote or hybrid employees.
  • Evaluate Training Effectiveness: Assess the impact of training and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
