Responsibilities:

KEY DUTIES AND REQUIREMENTS

You will also be responsible for but not limited to;

  • Attending meetings in relation to new developments.
  • Liaising with Group External Solicitors where necessary.
  • Dealing primarily with plot sales transactions.
  • Liaising with regional office sales teams, including providing progress updates.
  • Raising enquiries on Part Exchange purchases and dealing with enquiries on sale out
  • Review of searches.
  • Preparing reports on Part Exchange purchases.
  • Registration of Part Exchange purchases.
  • Ensuring, so far as possible, that Part Exchange sales out are “back to backed” with the Part Exchange acquisition.
  • Assisting other members of the plot conveyancing team during peak and holiday periods.
