  • Location: Ellesmere Port, Cheshire (office based - 1 day per week from home)
  • Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
  • Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job Description
As an In-House Solicitor you’ll provide first line legal advice, support and training to all internal businesses and functions, offering a practical and informed interpretation of the laws affecting the Company in response to routine and non-routine matters, thus enabling all operations to ensure that business goals are achieved with due consideration for legislation and minimising the Company’s risk exposure.
As part of your role you’ll assist in the review and negotiation of contracts, the settlement of disputes, the management of the companies’ properties and the completion of acquisitions.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you’ll need working knowledge of commercial law either in-house or within private practice as a Solicitor or experienced Paralegal within the commercial law sector.
