Description:
JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented In-Process Officer to join our Quality Assurance team. As an In-Process Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and regulatory requirements during the manufacturing process. If you have a strong background in pharmaceutical manufacturing and quality assurance, we encourage you to apply.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing, quality assurance, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of GMP and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or Certified Pharmaceutical Auditor (CPA) certification is an asset.

Responsibilities:
- Perform in-process inspections and audits to ensure compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and verify the manufacturing process, including raw materials, intermediates, and finished products.
- Conduct regular checks on equipment, instruments, and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Identify and document any deviations or non-conformities during the manufacturing process.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance and Manufacturing teams to resolve any issues or concerns.
- Participate in the investigation of deviations and implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of in-process inspections and audits.
