Job Description
YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE:
- One (1) year or more of food & beverage In Room Dining order taking experience, preferably in a luxury hotel or fine dining setting
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Possess a proven track record for guest satisfaction
- Possess a strong sense of urgency
- Displays a pleasant and cheerful disposition
- Maintain a high level of integrity
- Displays a confidant and professional appearance at all times and always meets company grooming standards

Additional Information
Responsibilities:
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- To provide the highest quality service to all guests at all times, by instilling the company philosophy.
- Answer questions on menu selections, and check with kitchen staff when necessary
- Answer guest questions or concerns
- Place and log call back for IRD order
- Notify guests and management of delays in service and delivery
- Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs and special requests to the kitchen. Servers and server assistant
- Maintain a clean work area throughout the day
- Record transaction in POS at the time of order
- Complete any necessary opening and closing paperwork and sidework duties required
- Process all payment methods
- Develop and maintain a positive working relationship with others, and support the team to reach common goals
- Speak with others using clear and professional language, and answer the phones using appropriate etiquette in accordance with company standards
- Coordinates the pick-up and removal of all dirty trays
- Assist with Refreshment Center inventory
- Coordinates amenity deliveries
- Performs other related duties as assigned
