Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Supply Chain Manager (Level K) to join the In-Service Supply Chain team in Everett or Seattle, Washington.
This role requires blending strategic thinking with on-the-ground execution, enabling the organizations to improve systems, business policies, processes and efficiencies to operate as One Boeing Supply Chain. The Statement of Work includes standard Supply Chain Management functions, data analysis, forecasting, supply and/or demand troubleshooting, and additional duties as assigned.)

Position Responsibilities:
- Manage, develop and motivate employees
- Build and develop an empowered team through coaching and mentoring, and provide developmental opportunities and job assignments to enhance employee performance and expand capabilities
- Inspire a culture that creates an environment where diverse, high-performing, proactive and engaged team members can excel and flourish
- Champion a culture of communication that conveys organizational messages to facilitate the accomplishment of workgroup, project or process goals. Employ Seek, Speak & Listen (SS&L) to actively communicate and engage with employees, peers, customers, and stakeholders, keep others informed
- Acquire resources for projects and processes, lead process improvements
- Develop and execute project and process plans, implement policies and procedures and set operational goals
- Establish partnerships and relationships with internal and external customers, stakeholders, peers, and direct reports
- Work with urgency and make decisions weighing business goals and employee’s needs
- Maintain effectiveness and adjust easily when experiencing changes in work task, processes, and/or requirements
- Effectively communicate company and business unit goals, objectives and priorities
- Provide direction and management of obsolescence identification in the aftermarket, retrofit plan creation and management, customer survey, Return to Service (RTS) Customer Support, 777-9 EIS, spares parts pricing catalog (SPPC), notice of defect and warranty determination repository management, and additional duties as assigned
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS (REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
- 5+ years of experience in supporting Operations, Materials Management and/or Supply Chain functions in a production environment
- 1+ years of experience in Management or Lead position
- Must be able to travel domestically and internationally as needed
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (DESIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE):
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- 5+ years of experience with Project Management
