• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and timely manner
• Document all interactions with customers using our CRM software
• Meet or exceed performance metrics for call volume, handle time, and customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service
• Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills
