Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
- Respond to customer phone calls, emails, and chats in a friendly and courteous tone
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products and services
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and timely manner
- Document all interactions with customers using our CRM software
- Meet or exceed performance metrics for call volume, handle time, and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills
