Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Inbound Call Center Agent to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls from customers, providing them with information, resolving inquiries, and delivering a high level of customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous call center experience is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
  • Proficient in using computers and various software applications.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls promptly and professionally.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team performance metrics.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and contribute to a supportive team environment.
