About Inbound Chat Sales Representative:
We are looking for the right caliber of professional who is interested in getting first-hand sales experience with major technology vendors. The right candidate should have an active interest in learning about current technology solutions, be comfortable working on chat web applications and is passionate about success and customer satisfaction.
As a Dropbox inbound sales executive, you will be responsible for identifying, nurturing, and developing sales opportunities on behalf of global technology vendors. Your primary goal will be to identify new business opportunities whilst ensuring excellent experience is provided throughout the sales process. Gaining a good understanding of our clients’ needs, you will aim to generate high-quality sales opportunities for the sales team.
We are currently looking for Sales professionals to join us in Dublin representing Dropbox on their B2B to generate leads over chat. As a member of this team, you will build influential relationships with business customers leading to increased revenue.
Location: Ireland, remote

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as product and service advocate for the client building interest and awareness of client’s value proposition
  • Quickly articulate technical and business value propositions via chat (previous chat experience preferred)
  • Effectively navigate through multiple web applications and multiple web chats sessions simultaneously in a prompt, friendly and professional manner
  • Achieve established sales goals and objectives
  • Learn quickly and maintain a current, comprehensive knowledge of the client’s products and services
