Inbound Project Manager
Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
This is a key role for implementing global standards regarding SCM Inbound performance management, monitoring this performance and recommending improvement action plans for near-term and long-term projects. The IPM team drives excellence in reporting & analytics capabilities to increase transparency and visibility and to provide insights and scenario-based simulations to drive improvements.
- Responsible for leading projects as needed as well as cross functional project teams as needed.
- Focus on leveraging the analysis, reporting and insight generation for Inbound team to enable performance traceability as well as fast and the most accurate decision making on priorities, tradeoffs, and scenario planning & projections.
- Identify opportunities through the analysis of various data metrics to transform into scalable projects & programs.
- Key role in developing and standardizing best in class (cross-functional) tools to support inbound planning- and transportation processes
- Leading the Planning, Execution and delivery of all Inbound projects in alignment with the Senior Director Inbound, developing comprehensive plans that define scope, objectives, resources and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple, simultaneous projects, with simple to moderate supply chain and collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex projects.
- Manage project scope, develop and manage detailed project schedules to meet maunch commitments in EU and other countries as defined in the project scope.
- Risk Identification/mitigation plans to achieve project objectives.
- Support engagement of cross-functional subject matter experts to deliver key sub-processes and milestones required for the project, with particular focus on meeting Cost of Sales, Capital, Quality and Customer Service metrics for the projects.
- Track project progress against deliverables/milestones, issue status reports and escalate breakdowns and issues when necessary.
- Maintain project documentation and master files.
- Manage communication plan internal to team and external to team (stakeholders, sponsors and executives).
- Translate gathered insights into engaging, measurable, and clear presentations.
- Ensure accurate system maintenance and process flow consume lead time settings correctly to plan good on-time and to have stabilize/accurate availability signals across all systems and planning horizons
- Taking ownership for leading actions to improve data accuracy, consistency and availability.
- In collaboration with SCD explore insights and trends with the goal of identifying improvements to drive business and customer value with a focus on availability and cost.
- In collaboration with SCD review, validate and identify appropriate targets by KPIs
- Initiate and drive discussions with x-functional stakeholders to collect and consolidate feedback, prepare, and align on actions / gameplan
- Participate in global and regional logistics and transportation initiatives/projects related to the EU inbound and co-ordinate implementation of deliverables across all brands
- Drive process standardization within Inbound team.
- Play a SPOC role in inbound and relevant global teams for Supply Chain Development when it comes to reporting landscape enhancements, standardization, automation, creating a seamless and quick reporting formats etc.
- Monitoring projects progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging insights and lessons learned to enhance our practices, while staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices to foster innovation within the project team.
- Develop project plans from concept, including scope, budget, schedule and resource allocation.
- Ensure that all projects meet technical specifications, quality standards and regulatory requirements as laid out in the project mandate.
- Conduct project risk-assessments and define mitigation strategies.
- Support the overseeing all aspects of contractor selection in collaboration with cross-functional teams, if 3rd party contractors are required for any project, support negotiations and all aspects of 3rd party contracting.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to all relevant stakeholders.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong end-to-end mindset with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication and presentation skills, able to engage diverse audiences and lead discussions.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders and collaborate within cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience with BI tools and advanced MS Office skills.
- Proficient in change management and driving initiatives under tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of supply chain processes and scenario modeling.
Requisite Education and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in multinational corporations, with 1-2 years in project leadership.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
