Description:
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Previous Sales experience

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for answering calls (target 60 per day) with confident negotiation skills.
- Ensuring all data is recorded accurately in the CRM , by asking the correct questions set at company level
- Focus on activity levels, conversion rates as well as the quality of service on the phones to the customers.
- Recording any sales via our digital channels into our CRM
- Responding to emails in a timely manner
- Dealing with customer queries by liasing with the relevant department, ensuring the query is resolved.
- Delivering great service to customers
