Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for answering calls (target 60 per day) with confident negotiation skills.
  • Ensuring all data is recorded accurately in the CRM , by asking the correct questions set at company level
  • Focus on activity levels, conversion rates as well as the quality of service on the phones to the customers.
  • Recording any sales via our digital channels into our CRM
  • Responding to emails in a timely manner
  • Dealing with customer queries by liasing with the relevant department, ensuring the query is resolved.
  • Delivering great service to customers
