JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Fundamental job responsibilities required of all incumbents-answer and qualify customer/client pre-sale inquiries concerning Motorola solutions, products, or services.
  • Build and manage lead pipeline
  • Qualify all sales leads based upon lead qualification criteria definitions
  • Tactfully and courteously interface with customers in order to build strong business relationships
  • Email marketing/sales literature to prospective clients, keeps up-to-date
  • Act as a pre-sales single point of contact

Additional Knowledge/Skills:

  • Proactively utilize strong problem-solving skills in order to deliver customer-focused solutions
  • Educate customers on respective business processes and procedures- proactively continue to understand products & solutions
  • Demonstrate active listening and consultative selling skills when promoting additional products and services
  • Display strong verbal communication skills through daily customer interaction
  • Exercise multi-tasking skills when managing multiple systems and applications during customer interaction
  • Utilize internal business tools and applications to effectively qualify and resolve the customer’s issues. This involves multi-tasking between systems while interacting with the customer

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

  • Preferred One or more years of experience within an Inside Sales organization.
  • Preferred Salesforce.com CRM experience and Outreach tool.
  • Required native or fluent French and English language both verbal & writing.
  • Some travel may be required during the execution of the duties.
