WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Present, promote, and sell our 1Dental product line to customers/members who call our Contact Center.
• Engage with current members to renew plans or update their information.
• Resolve member issues and complaints with professionalism and care.

• Quickly build rapport with a diverse range of people through your sincere and engaging personality.
• Ask insightful questions to identify customer needs and recommend the best product solutions.
• Clearly explain and promote our Dental Discount Plan.
