ABOUT THE JOB INCIDENT MANAGER (BANKING SECTOR)

PTC Group is looking for an Incident Manager or Risk Manager to join our team in Lisbon, on a on-site model, for the banking sector.

RESPONSABILITIES:

• Monitor risk and implement effective risk management strategies, identifying, alerting, and suggesting remediation measures.
• Perform in-depth risk analysis to anticipate and evaluate potential threats, creating and assessing risk scenarios.
• Provide informed risk opinions, challenging, approving, and making decisions on new activities and projects.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks related to IT and cybersecurity, with a general understanding of cybersecurity risks, frameworks, and requirements.
• Apply a global understanding of IT, including major processes, assets, and solutions, to manage risks effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to best practices in risk and cybersecurity.
• Perform regular assessments and updates on risk-related activities to maintain high standards of cybersecurity.
• Communicate effectively, providing clear risk insights and suggestions to stakeholders.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Experience +2 years of IT or Cybersecurity, preferably on the banking sector.
• Regulatory (general knowledge in IT and cybersecurity).
• Knowledge in risk management, ability to identify, alert and suggest remediation.
