  • Flexible location - hybrid/remote working arrangement available.
  • This is an initial 16 hour a week role, across Saturdays and Sundays, requires availability for weekend work.

RISE is the newly created Reporting and Incident Support @ Endeavour (RISE) team that will provide essential support in managing incidents effectively and ensuring accurate reporting.
As a RISE Incident Reporting Specialist you will assist in the collection and documentation of incident data, conducting detailed analysis to identify trends and patterns in incident reports.
Overall, the role aims to facilitate the smooth operation of the RISE Team, ensuring that incidents are managed efficiently and effectively, and that accurate reporting is maintained to support organisational decision-making and improvement efforts.

Here’s a snapshot of the RISE Incident Reporting Specialist responsibilities:

  • Assist in the collection and meticulous documentation of incident data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct detailed analysis to identify trends and patterns in incident reports.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate reporting of incidents.
  • Develop and maintain playbook templates and tools to streamline processes.
  • Provide support during incident response activities, including communication and coordination efforts.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of incident management processes and procedures.
  • Provide support as a backup resource for compliance team members, assisting with tasks such as self-exclusion, licensee exclusion, dry zone regulations, and perform mystery shop reporting across all brands.

Qualifications

Now let’s talk about you:

  • This position is a casual position to support our team across the peak weekend period. Our current operating hours are shifts which cover 8am to 9pm, 7 days a week.
  • Rostered shifts lengths may vary, however anticipated to be approximately period of 8 hours including breaks across Saturday and Sunday.
  • Whilst we are initially seeking weekend positions, we are also looking for those with availability to work across the weekdays to provide increased team flexibility.
  • Retail or Hospitality operations experience is desirable.
  • Proven experience in incident management, reporting, or related fields.
  • Experience with incident management software or ticketing systems is desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to ensuring accuracy in data collection and reporting.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously, with minimal supervision.
