Responsibilities:
You will be at the forefront of our incident management system, playing a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients across Residential Care Homes (RCH), Home Care Services (HS), and other direct care services. Your primary responsibility will be to gather detailed information about incidents from managers and accurately log these incidents into our system according to established protocols. This will involve evaluating the severity of each incident, ensuring that all relevant details are recorded, and reporting the information to the appropriate authorities, including the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission when necessary. You will manage and update incident records on our network drives, track the progress of ongoing incidents, and escalate urgent matters to senior management as required.
This is a part time position rotating roster across two weeks:
Week 1: Wednesday & Thursday- 8:30-17:00
Week 2: Saturday & Sunday: 09:00-15:00
You will be based in the office with the opportunity to work from home when required.
