Job Description
Effective 1 August 2025 Frankfurt International School in Wiesbaden is looking for an experienced and qualified Inclusion Coordinator. The position holder has prime program responsibility for and ensures the successful integration of students receiving additional learning support (level 3 and beyond).
Length of appointment: Initial two year probationary contract.

  • Knowledge and understanding of a range of neurodiverse learning abilities
  • Team leadership experience

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the support services team, homeroom teachers, and Inclusion TA’s (student learning coaches), to develop targeted learning plans to meet the individual needs of students receiving additional learning support through the inclusion program (level 3 and beyond)
  • Coordinate testing and related services for students receiving additional learning support and supports their work at their division
  • Coordinate and lead a cyclical meeting schedule to include parents, student learning coaches, homeroom teachers, the Principal, and the Assistant Head of School, when needed, to determine progress on learning plans and continuation of additional learning support
  • Promote a shared responsibility between all teachers and teacher assistants, including student learning coaches, and provide commensurate professional development opportunities as needed.
  • Attend/Lead Student Referral/Review meetings and or conferences of students receiving additional learning support, when requested
  • Liaise with the Assistant Head of School regarding costs and invoices for additional and/or related services provided to students
  • Advise Admissions, the Divisional Principal and the Assistant Head of School regarding the level of support or programming needs for students applying for a place in the divisional inclusion program
  • Monitor the divisional case load and collaborate with the Principal to determine support needed for the Inclusion Program within the division
  • Participate in the hiring of student learning coaches and related services therapists
  • Provide targeted instruction, manage accommodations and plan/oversee modifications as needed for inclusion students.
    This position is currently under review and may be modified in some points for school year 2025/26.
