Description:

ABOUT YOU

Are you looking for a new challenge where you can use your teaching experience, skills and knowledge to make a difference to the lives of young people?
We are looking for an Inclusion Officer (Primary phase) to ensure vulnerable pupils are achieving their full potential.
You will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills and be able to work flexibility and collaboratively with a range of other professionals. It is essential that you can organise your time effectively and be able to respond swiftly to emerging issues.
As a skilled advocate, you will work closely with students, families, and schools to promote inclusion and entitlement to learning. You’ll be adept at critically evaluating school practices and translating evidence-based interventions into successful support systems. An understanding of statutory guidance, legislation related to exclusions, alternative provisions, and medical absences, as well as the SEN Code of Practice, is essential.
This is a public facing role so you’ll need to show off your fluency in speaking and writing English
If you are passionate about improving educational outcomes for vulnerable students and have the expertise to drive inclusion, we encourage you to apply!
