Are you an experienced administrator looking for a new challenge? Join Elysium Healthcare as the Medical Indemnity & Accreditation Administrator.
Working alongside the Associate Medical Director for Workforce and Executive Assistant to the Chief Medical Officer, you will be managing all aspects of the indemnity scheme and annual renewal, be the point of contact for sites regarding indemnity with MPS (Corporate Provider) and other medical defence organisations, maintaining a comprehensive indemnity database and liaising with substantive Elysium doctors on a frequent basis regarding the indemnity scheme.

You will be working 15 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collection of relevant paperwork from new starters, liaising with HR department and Revalidation Administrator
  • Responding to requests from doctors, MPS and senior workforce
  • Deal with all telephone and email enquiries in an efficient, professional and confidential manner
  • Digital filing of general and confidential correspondence
  • Invoice processing
  • Preform ad-hoc administrative duties as required

TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL HAVE:

  • Demonstrable secretarial and administrative experience, working at a senior level
  • Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Self-motivated with the capability to work independently, manage tasks, and meet deadlines
  • The capacity to interact and communicate effectively with diverse individuals
  • Outstanding organisational and time management abilities with strong attention to detail
  • A high level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • A positive, proactive attitude, with a willingness to take ownership and responsibility, backed by a strong work ethic.
