Senior Corporate Lawyer - Your Role :

As a Corporate Lawyer, you’ll be at the heart of high-stakes corporate transactions and legal advisory work. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing Complex Transactions: Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of clients, guiding them through mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and financing deals.
  • Strategic Legal Advising: Offer insightful legal advice on corporate governance, commercial contracts, and operational issues, ensuring clients stay ahead of the curve.
  • Contract Drafting and Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of contracts and legal documents to ensure compliance and protect your clients’ interests.
  • Client Representation: Represent clients in regulatory proceedings and commercial disputes, advocating with professionalism and integrity to achieve the best outcomes.

Senior Corporate Lawyer - Your Profile:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Educational Background: A Master’s degree in law with a specialization in business law or an equivalent qualification.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate law, ideally gained in a well-respected law firm.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation skills, impeccable drafting abilities, and a deep understanding of legal analysis. Fluency in both English and French is essential, and proficiency in German would be a plus.
  • Legal Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of Luxembourgish and international corporate laws and regulations.
