This role involves sourcing and attracting staff to meet the hiring demands of various construction positions in Norway. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to candidates.

• Source and identify potential candidates through various online and offline channels.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills and compatibility.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential hires.
• Manage and update candidate databases and records.
