Description:
- Provide advice and support to Community Justice Groups to assist in their support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander victims and offenders in contact with the justice system.- Build and maintain relationships within the court system, including judicial offers, government, and non-government agencies, and community stakeholders.- Build capability of Community Justice Group staff, Community Justice Group members and Murri Court Elders and Respected persons.- Analyse Community Justice Group financial and performance reporting to monitor program and data indicators and ensure Community Justice Group compliance with Service Agreements- Administer grants on the SmartyGrants grant management system.- Prepare reports, briefing materials, and correspondence for internal and external audiences.- Take a lead role in managing conflict and negotiating positive outcomes across all CIP programs.- Lead or support specialised projects for Indigenous Justice Programs.This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Australia License.
