Indigenous Participation Advisor - QTMP

We are now looking for an Indigenous Participation Advisor to join our highly skilled Communications and Stakeholder Engagement team . Reporting directly to the Communications and Stakeholder Engagement Director for QTMP, you will be responsible for leading engagement initiatives and identifying new opportunities for indigenous participation. This rewarding role will see you:

• Work closely with the recognised Traditional Owners for the program sites and take the lead for engagement with project First Nations groups and committees
• Work closely with our subcontractors on their indigenous engagement initiatives
• Organise activities for significant Indigenous cultural events
• Prepare communications collateral, as required.

This is a part time role on a 2 year fixed-term contract. Applicants can be based in Brisbane or on the Fraser Coast, and will have travel between locations.
