This role is best suited for a motivated self-starter, who thrives in ambiguity, and brings insights and recommendations to our team. Project management skills are beneficial as is the ability to partner with cross-functional teams. Delivering on the Indigenous Talent Strategy and establishing collaborative relationships across the firm in the building, planning, scoping and delivery of projects that seek to drive Indigenous success will be critical components of the role.

In this role the expected qualifications are:

  • Self-identify as Indigenous (First Nations, Inuit, Métis) in Canada
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Indigenous Human Resources
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs focused on inclusive practices
  • Experience working with First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples (and communities and expertise in issues faced by Indigenous peoples and communities in Canada)
  • Demonstrated interest in and commitment to furthering reconciliation with Indigenous and non-Indigenous Peoples
  • Ability to work collaboratively and inclusively to promote diversity and inclusion efforts.
  • Demonstrated project and HR lifecycle program management experience: organization, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking environment

Due to the nature of the role having interactions with National & Global clients, English is required for this position.
