Job Description
Arcadis is seeking an Indigenous Relations project coordinator to join the Discipline team for Western Canada. The successful candidate with carry out day-to-day Indigenous Relations and Stakeholder Management project tasks and execution of engagement work. You will be responsible for project activity delivery, assist in procurement of third parties, maintain control of cost schedule and scope changes, and assist with standardizing internal Discipline operational guidance. This role will support other Mobility Discipline Teams and across other global business areas. This role will report to the Indigenous Relations & Stakeholder Management Discipline Lead.

- A bachelor or graduate degree in a related field and/or 5+ years of relevant experience
- Professional project management skills
- Lived or professional experience with environmental and/or social consulting services in Indigenous communities
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality customer service while balancing competing interests
- Excellent verbal communication skill
Responsibilities:
ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provide project support to Mobility and other GBA project teams on proposals and projects with Indigenous Relations needs
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with Key Stakeholder Groups and Indigenous Nations as partners on projects with public sector Clients and as direct Clients, where applicable
- Participate in a business development strategy to develop and maintain relationships with Indigenous Nations and Key Stakeholder Groups, incorporating strategic initiatives across Canada
- Participate in strategic local events and conferences, community outreach initiatives, and represent Arcadis’s brand
- Assist with project delivery that foments collaboration, communication, and positive external branding
- Lead by example to promote a positive and progressive team Health & Safety culture

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $107,000. The base salary represents Arcadis’ hiring range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.
