Responsibilities:

We’re recruiting for an Indirect Partner Sales Executive to join our Indirect Business Sales team here at Vodafone UK. As an Indirect Partner Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of partners, with a view to delivering revenue growth through a combination of driving a consistent run rate of orders across your base and defending existing revenue.

Wider responsibilities will also include, but will not be limited to:

  • Managing our relationships with several key partners in the Indirect channel.
  • Achieving FY targets allocated to those partners, by means of monitoring and driving partner performance against their contractual obligations and wider commercial commitments.
  • Driving conversion of new partner prospects, ensuring a world class on boarding experience is delivered to drive future growth.
  • Support the partners sales effort and build a strong pipeline of new business with the partner through agreed contact plan/strategy.
  • Provide accurate and timely forecasts of partner performance and hold regular Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with partner base to ensure performance is managed effectively.
  • Build relationships with partner stakeholders, seeking and using partner feedback to improve the overall partner experience and offer the level of service required to maximise multi-product penetration.
  • Responsible for feeding back commercial loss/win insight to support improved conversion rates.
