Indirect Procurement Inventory Clerk

Summary: Assists the Indirect Procurement department with several duties as described below.

Education and/or Experience

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to read, write and comprehend basic mat

• Inter-departmental package deliveries
• Small parcel outbound shipment processing: process, pack, ship (UPS, FedEx)
• Uploading documentation of receipt for non-inventoried items.
• Scan packaging slips.
• Look up purchase order details in the computer.
• Maintain inventory count on frequently ordered stock items.
• Assist and communicate with cleaning staff for cleaning supply closet inventory.

General Warehouse:

• Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
• Ability to work in a cold environment.
• Ability to clean and organize the warehouse with limited Supervision and or oversight.
• Ability to demonstrate basic comprehension of warehouse practices.
