For our Business Unit Healthcare Systems & Technologies (HST), we are currently seeking an
Responsibilities:
- Establish and sustain lasting relationships with distributors in the Baxter DACH HST Environment
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all distributors at HST DACH
- Organize training and support to distributors to ensure they are well-equipped to sell the Baxters HST products
- Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and materials
- Set sales targets and supervise distributor performance
- Conduct regular performance reviews with distributors and provide feedback and action plans
- Evaluate potential new markets and develop entry strategies
- Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure timely delivery of products to distributors
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment
- Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to contractual agreements and performance standards
