JOB CONTEXT
Servest Office Services, a division of the Servest Group is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Indoor Plant Specialist to lead quality inspections and engage with our top clients. This role is crucial in training our plant service technicians, minimizing plant replacements, and advising the business on new ideas and design trends. The ideal candidate will also assist in designing and preparing presentations to showcase our innovative solutions.

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and dedicated Indoor Plant Specialist to join our team.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Matric/ Grade 12
Qualification in Horticulture, Botany or a related field
Proven experience in indoor plant care and design
Strong knowledge of plant species and maintenance techniques
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to train and mentor service technicians
Creative mindset with an eye for design and trends
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regionally as needed
Responsibilities:
Conduct quality inspections of plant installations and maintenance.
Engage with top clients to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction.
Train and up-skill plant service technicians to improve service quality.
Minimize plant replacements through effective plant care and maintenance strategies, and plant species selection.
Advise the business on new business ideas and emerging design trends.
