Description:
Job Title: Indoor Sales Agent - Immigration (Hindi Speaker) (Overseas Migration)
Salary: High Salary (Based on Experience & Performance)
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Qualification:
- Identify and generate leads through online channels, social media, and inbound inquiries.
- Qualify leads based on their interest and eligibility for immigration programs.
2. Client Consultation:
- Provide detailed information to potential clients about various immigration pathways (e.g., work visas, study visas, PR, etc.).
- Offer personalized consultations based on client needs, including helping with document preparation and the application process.
3. Sales Process Management:
- Follow up with prospective clients and convert inquiries into sales by explaining services clearly and effectively.
- Present customized solutions and close deals to meet personal and company sales targets.
4. Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction throughout the immigration process.
- Provide continuous support and guidance to clients throughout the journey, from initial consultation to visa approval.
5. CRM Management:
- Update and maintain client records in the CRM system.
- Track all communication and follow-ups with clients for timely updates and closure of deals.
6. Sales Reporting:
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, conversions, and client feedback.
7. Knowledge Update:
- Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and regulations in various countries to provide accurate advice to clients.
8. Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with other teams such as legal, documentation, and operations to ensure smooth execution of client applications.
Desired Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the immigration or travel industry.
- Strong communication skills, with fluency in Hindi and English (bilingual proficiency is a must).
- Ability to handle client queries and manage the sales cycle effectively.
- Result-oriented, with a strong drive to meet targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Comfortable with CRM systems and office software.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and handle pressure.
