Description:
Job Scope
- Perform strong back-end support to outdoor sales team, including quotation preparation
- Handling incoming queries, process sales orders and building good client relationships
- Negotiate with customer on project pricing and including day to day inquiries
- Negotiate with oversea partner in UK, US and Germany on project pricing/PO issuance
- Liaise with logistic team to ensure a smooth and timely delivery
- Understanding customers’ needs, identifying sales opportunities and offering solutions and support
- Creating and maintaining a database of prospect clients
- Keeping up with product and service information and updates
Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
- Proactive, willingness to learn
- Strong computer skills (MS office)
- Proficiency in both English and Chinese
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
