QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Excellent listening, writing, and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to understand and meet client requirements.
- A proactive, enthusiastic, and sales-motivated attitude.
- Proven ability to develop trust and build strong relationships with clients.
- Basic IT skills for handling emails, product data, and customer inquiries.
- Strong planning and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- At least 2 years of experience in indoor sales (preferably in the tools or hardware industry).
- Highly self-motivated, hardworking, and adaptable.
- Energetic, active, and enthusiastic about sales and customer engagement.

- Assist customers in selecting the right tools and products, ensuring excellent product presentation.
- Negotiate prices with customers to secure sales while maintaining profitability.
